the words, "watch what you
say"? Have you ever
considered the saying, "life
and death are in the tongue"?
How about these words that
are attributed to Jesus the
Christ, "It is not what goes in
a man that defiles him, but
what comes out of him."
Welcome to WORDS--an
ambitious effort to encourage
responsible expression of
oneself. I believe that all
expressions in this world are
beautiful when offered in
respect to time and space.
Don't be confused by the word
respect. I am not saying that
we all need to be a group of
whisperers. I understand
that there is a time and a
place for all things under
the sun to include yelling
when necessary. More than
anything, when I talk of
words, I am speaking of the
Word before words were. I am
talking about the silent Word
of your heart that tells you
who you are when no one
appears to be around to
listen.
Believe me when I say that you
are your intentions. However,
in a world where Language is
seen as the highest form of
communication, not being able
to clearly communicate your
intentions leaves many of us
feeling lost or invisible.
With WORDS I hope to help
people perceive what cannot
be sensed. In this way, it is
hoped that we can develop
the eyes to see, the ears to
hear, and the heart to feel
who We really are from Love's
point of view.
